We accept Visa and Mastercard and Eftpos facilities are available (no cash out).
All card payments will incur a surcharge between 0.53% to 1.3%.

Vetpay is a third-party credit provider that The Cat Clinic utilises. Please see their website for further information on this service. Please be aware that for all Vetpay transactions, there is a minimum spend requirement. Additional fees, terms, and conditions may apply.
zipMoney
The Cat Clinic offers zipMoney services as an alternative payment method. zipMoney is a separate business and has no direct association with The Cat Clinic other than as a service provider. Therefore clients need to be aware that once a transaction is settled via zipMoney, The Cat Clinic is not responsible for ongoing payments or account queries.

Surgical Estimates
For all surgical cases, you will be provided with an itemised estimate prior to the surgery. This is to ensure you are fully aware of your pet’s expected surgery costs before their day of
admission. This surgical estimate may be a range of the approximated cost.
Dental surgery estimates are only valid for one month, as a pet’s dental condition can dramatically change after this period.
Non-Attendance Fee
In the event you cannot attend your appointment, please contact the clinic at your earliest convenience (at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time). Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in an account being issued for a Non-Attendance fee. This fee will be in alignment with the appointment type booked.
GapOnly®
GapOnly® is a payment service that works with selected pet insurance brands, so you can access your pet insurance benefit right away for eligible expenses.
That means, rather than paying us the full invoice upfront and waiting days to be reimbursed, we submit your claim on the spot, on your behalf, while you’re at our clinic.
Your claim is generally assessed in around 5 minutes, and if approved, you just pay us the gap – the amount not covered by your pet insurance policy.
